Ranbar Red P1250 Pigments for Inks is a semi-transparent blue-red mono-azo organic pigment. It has a color index of Pigment Red 146. This pigment exhibits excellent performance in aqueous systems and possesses characteristics such as bright color, high gloss, and strong coloring power.
The color of Ranbar Red P1250 organic pigment is similar to Pigment Red 57:1, but with a slightly more yellowish hue. In terms of lightfastness, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and sterilization resistance, Ranbar Red P1250 surpasses Pigment Red 57:1.
Ranbar Red P1250 Pigments for Inks exhibits excellent cooking resistance, recommended for ink applications involving cooking. However, due to its relatively poor heat resistance (190°C), it is not suitable for plastic applications that require higher processing temperatures.
Ranbar Red P1250 monoazo organic pigment is primarily used in the ink and coating industries. It is recommended for water-based inks, packaging gravure and flexographic inks, offset inks, as well as indoor industrial finishes, latex paints, powder coatings, and water-based architectural decorative coatings. Additionally, it finds applications in textile printing, artist colors, and paper coloring.
