Ranbar Orange P2031C is an orange organic pigment based on the structure of disazo pyrazolone, commonly known as Benzidine Orange. It has a color index of Pigment Orange 34, featuring a bright and vibrant color, providing a pure reddish-orange hue and excellent coloring strength.
Ranbar Orange P2031C organic pigment exhibits excellent overall color fastness properties such as lightfastness, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, and migration resistance. It has moderate heat resistance (do not use at temperatures exceeding 200°C). The pigment is opaque, has good flowability, and is easy to disperse. It serves as an excellent alternative to red-orange molybdate pigments.
Ranbar Orange P2031C organic pigment is widely used in paint/coatings, printing inks, and plastics for low-temperature processing. It is recommended for architectural coatings, industrial coatings, powder coatings, water-based decorative coatings, offset inks, NC inks, water-based inks, and for processing soft PVC and polyolefin plastics with processing temperatures below 200°C.
