Ranbar Blue P5000 is a semi-transparent α-crystalline phthalocyanine blue pigment with a color index of Pigment Blue 15. It exhibits a bright red-blue hue, high gloss, high tinting strength, good dispersibility and rheology, excellent lightfastness, acid and alkali resistance, and solvent resistance. It has excellent migration resistance in plastic coloring applications but only moderate heat resistance, suitable only for coloring plastic products in low-temperature processes.
Ranbar Blue P5000 is an unstable α-crystal phthalocyanine blue, compared with other crystalline phthalocyanine blue, it provides a stronger red light with higher color strength and Low-cost features.
Ranbar P5000 phthalocyanine blue pigment offers excellent cost-effectiveness, providing highly economical coloring solutions within the range of medium-performance blue shades. It finds wide applications in paint coatings, printing inks, and plastics processed at low temperatures.
Mainly used for offset packaging ink and metal decorative printing ink, it is generally stable to organic solvents under normal conditions, but the crystal form and color may change when stored in aromatic hydrocarbons.
When used for plastic coloring, it exhibits good migration resistance, excellent light fastness, and can withstand processing temperatures of 200°C. It is also suitable for coloring polyurethane foam and rubber.
The Ranbar P5000 phthalocyanine blue pigment has a pure and bright color, and it can also be used in water-based coatings, artistic paints, paper coloring, coating printing pastes, etc.
