The Ranbar D series fluorescent pigments are suitable for various strong solvent systems, primarily recommended for use in solvent-based paints, coatings, and inks. In addition, they can also be used to color various polyethylene plastics.
This series of fluorescent pigments demonstrates excellent migration resistance. If your product is prone to color migration when using dyes, we recommend using our Ranbar D series fluorescent pigments instead of dyes for coloring, especially in coloring applications involving soft PVC.

Ranbar D series fluorescent pigments for coatings are composed of a solid solution of dyestuffs in a thermoset benzoguanamine-formaldehyde copolymer.

Ranbar D series fluorescent pigments are stable to indoor light or outdoor conditions without direct sunlight. With exposure to outdoor sunlight, the color will change, whereby the degree of fading depends on the following factors:
- Color of the fluorescent pigment.
- Types of Resin and Polymer Carriers.
- Intensity of the incident sunlight.
- Pigmentloading and thickness of the end product. The higher the pigment concentration is, the better the lightfastness is.
You can improve light resistance by incorporating UV absorbers in the formula or by applying a transparent coating containing UV absorbers.
Ranbar D series fluorescent pigments are delivered in paper bags with PE lining, net weight of 10kg. It should be kept in a cool place and away from heat. All opened bags should be carefully resealed immediately after use.
