Ranbar K Series Daylight Fluorescent Pigments powder
The Ranbar K series daylight fluorescent pigments constitute an economical line specifically crafted for coloring soft plastics. This range of fluorescent pigments boasts vibrant colors, outstanding coloring power, intense fluorescent effects, and excellent compatibility when blended with resin.
The K series daylight fluorescent pigments have a low softening point (approximately 80-90°C). Consequently, they exhibit excellent coloring effects without the need for high processing temperatures. Outstanding dispersibility can be achieved within the temperature range of 135°C to 220°C, with no formaldehyde gas emissions. These pigments are particularly recommended for coloring plastic products processed at low temperatures, such as extrusion, blow molding, and film blowing.

- The main production processes for Ranbar Daylight Fluorescent Pigments in plastic products include injection molding, blow molding, film blowing, extrusion, and kneading.
- When coloring plastic products, fluorescent pigments can be dissolved and dispersed in the plastic at high temperatures.
- The fluorescence intensity of plastic products is influenced by factors such as the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent pigments used, the compatibility between fluorescent pigments and plastic materials, as well as the temperature and duration of the operational process.
- The addition of additives containing free metals (such as zinc, magnesium, calcium, iron, etc.) to the mixture of fluorescent pigments can result in adverse effects, such as color changes or loss of gloss in the fluorescent pigments. Therefore, it is essential to conduct tests on their impact on pigments before use.
Thickness (mm) | Recommended concentration (%) | Thickness (mm) | Recommended concentration (%) |

0.75-1.5 | 2-3 | 1.5 or more | 1-2 |
When applied to pure, transparent plastic compounds, the K series daylight fluorescent pigments exhibit extremely vibrant colors. If used in opaque plastic products or mixed with other pigments, it may result in color tone deviation or haze. The pigment concentration required to achieve fluorescent effects is dependent on the thickness of the plastic product (customers can determine the addition amount according to their own needs).
Ranbar K series daylight fluorescent pigment powder can be stored for an extended period in a light-avoiding, dry, and ambient temperature environment without affecting its quality and performance. In humid or high-temperature conditions, it may clump, but can still be used after crushing. During transportation, exposure to rain or direct sunlight should be avoided.
